Lidyan Pte Ltd (from hereinafter referred to as “panea”, “we” or “us”), its website (www.panea.com), and its mobile applications (both hereon referred to as “Sites”) adopt the following privacy policy for any user who registers with either one of these sites (from hereinafter referred to as “User”, or “Users” in plural).

panea is a non-custodial web3 wallet and provides its users access to various decentralized applications, where the user can benefit without having to consult panea. (from hereinafter referred to as “Service”)

panea gets information about you in a range of ways such as; directly from you, panea’s own technology, and from third party sources in order to maintain the results you expect from its Services.

Collected data panea holds from the website: The website at the initial stage is going to have an early access feature for those who want to be an early adopter. Your e-mail address is going to be saved for this reason, other than the e-mail address no other information is going to be held.

Collected data from users who have installed the application but didn’t register: No information is held on the user apart from their IDFA data (if you allowed), any but is not associated with any personal information.

Collected data from users who have installed the application and registered: Phone number, E-mail address, IDFA data (if you allowed), your wallet address on the blockchain.

Collected data from users who have installed the application, registered and went through the ID verification processes: Phone number, E-mail address, IDFA data (if you allowed), your wallet address on the blockchain, ID information, as in name & surname, Date of Birth, Official ID identifiers and their content (Depending on what kind of document you’ve shared, the documents you’ve shared).

Collected data from users who have installed the application, registered & went through the deposit & withdrawal processes: Phone number, E-mail address, IDFA data (if you shared), your wallet address on the blockchain, ID information, as in name & surname, Date of Birth, official ID identifiers and their content (Depending on what kind of document you’ve shared, the documents you’ve shared), Assets you have gotten in or out of your accounts.

Data collected by third parties to benefit from our Services: User actions on the application and website are being tracked via 3rd party tools, such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, and some other customer communication tools. Also, panea might partner up with On-ramp companies, where these companies do the ID Verification & converting fiat into crypto.

panea reserves the right to keep data collected during a statute of limitations period set forth in the applicable legislation. This right is limited to the extent necessary for panea in proportion to a specific User purpose in order to fulfill services within the scope of Section E.

We can store your personal information partially or entirely including transactional information, payment information, or bank account information. We actively protect your personal information by using various security methods which are not limited to but include physical and electronic measures with the applicable laws and regulations

Your data can be stored in, but is not limited to in following service providers; cloud storage, payment processing companies, document repositories, customer support, data analytics, and ISPs.

Data collected through third parties, such as user actions, are stored and processed at Virtual Private Clouds, mainly on Amazon web services and similar applications in a third country instead of the distributed storage. By accepting and using the Services, User gives explicit consent to panea to transfer the data to a third country.

Prescribed security measures from the country’s legislation are obeyed.

panea employs industry-standard security measures designed to protect the security of all information submitted through the Services. However, the security of information transmitted through the internet can never be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the internet or for changes to or losses of data. Users of the Services are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, biometrics, user ID or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of any of our digital services.

 In order to protect you and your data, we may suspend your use of any of the Services, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected.
